25Live: How do I find a classroom with a particular technology or other feature?

Carleton’s new 25live room inventory and scheduling system makes it easy for you to find rooms across campus that have a particular feature, like video conferencing, a computer at the teaching podium, or a document camera.

  1. Log in to 25live with your Carleton ID and password.
     
  2. Click on the magnifying glass next to Search Locations.

  3. Click on Features and select the features you are interested in, click on Done.

  4. Select Search.
    Pro tip:  if you know what size room you are looking for, use the Capacity option to limit your choices.

The list of rooms will be limited to the rooms with the features you are searching for.
